We understand that sometimes things don’t work out but at this point we do not offer refunds. We can offer you a store credit or an exchange for a faulty item only.

We do not offer exchanges on sale items

Please email lolaswimcouture@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return and email address so we can process your return ASAP.

Faulty items will not be exchanged if the fault is found after one month of purchase.
